Villa Bequia liegt direkt am Caloosahatchee River, mit privatem Bootssteg und freiem Blick aufs Wasser. Die großzügige Villa bietet einen großen Poolbereich, Spa und Platz für bis zu acht Gäste. Cape Coral Beach, der Yacht Club und die Boat House Tiki Bar liegen in der Nähe. Dadurch eignet sich die Lage besonders für Strandbesuche, Sonnenuntergänge und Bootsausflüge.

In unmittelbarer Nähe, gegenüber dem ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernten Yachtclub, finden Sie den einzigen Sandstrand in Cape Coral, der sich perfekt zum Schwimmen eignet. Anschließend können Sie bei einem Sundowner im „Boat House Tiki Bar & Grill“ einen karibischen Sonnenuntergang beobachten.

In Cape Coral gibt es eine Vielzahl an Bars und Restaurants, die nur wenige Autominuten entfernt sind. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants und eine schöne Aussicht in Cape Harbour und Tarpon Marina, die ebenfalls in der Nähe liegen.

Die Villa verfügt über vier individuell eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit jeweils Ensuite Bädern. Zwei davon sind Masterbedrooms mit Kingsize Bett und einem besonders großzügigen Bad. Alle 4 Schlafzimmer haben Zugang zur Terrasse bzw. oben zum Balkon.

Wohn-/Essbereich

Rauchen ist im Haus nicht erlaubt.
Haustiere sind ebenfalls nicht gestattet.
Falls gegen diese Mietbedingung verstoßen wird behält dich der Eigentümer das Recht einer fristlosen Kündigung ohne Entschädigung vor.
Ausserdem wird in jedem Fall eine zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr von mindesten 500.- USD pro Haustier fällig.
Bei Rauchen im Haus wird ebenfalls eine zusätzlichen Reinigungsgebühr von 500.- USD erhoben.

Sollten Sie bei der Buchung falsche Angaben zur Anzahl der Gäste machen, führt dieser Vertragsbruch automatisch zu einer entschädigungslosen Stornierung der Buchung und Sie müssen das Haus innerhalb einer Stunde verlassen. Zusätzlich wird eine Vertragsstrafe von 500 USD erhoben.

Stornierungs-/Zahlungsbedingungen:
Stornierungen, Nichtanreisen oder verfrühte Abreisen werden wie folgt berechnet:
Bei Buchung werden 30% des Rechnungsbetrages berechnet, die nicht erstattungsfähig sind.
Ab 60 Tage vor Anreise werden 50% des Rechnungsbetrages berechnet.
Ab 30 Tage vor Anreise werden 100% des Rechnungsbetrages berechnet.

Der Restbetrag und die Kaution ist 30 Tage vor Mietbeginn fällig.
Die Kaution erhalten Sie, sofern keine Schadensmeldung der Hausverwaltung vorliegt, von uns zurück.
