In the immediate vicinity, opposite the yacht club which is about a 5 minutes’ walk away, you will find the only sandy beach in Cape Coral which is perfect for swimming. Afterwards you can watch a Caribbean sunset while enjoying a sun-downer at the “Boat House Tiki Bar & Grill”.
There is a multitude of bars and restaurants in Cape Coral which are only a few minutes‘ drive away. There are various restaurants and nice views to be enjoyed at Cape Harbor and Tarpon Marina which are nearby as well.

Cape Coral Beach and the “Boathouse” with its bar and a mouth-watering menu can be reached within a few minutes’ walk or even faster by bicycle.
Various restaurants are nearby and only a few minutes’ drive away. Alternatively, you can even go by boat to Cape Harbor or the Tarpon Point Marina where you find a great variety of restaurants and bars.

Various excursions, such as travelling up the Caloosahatchee River to Fort Myers with its numerous leisure attractions or to Fort Myers Beach south of Cape Coral, are suggesting themselves. You can enjoy unspoiled nature during an excursion to Pine Island, Sanibel and Captiva Island with their famous shell beaches or do some shorter trips to the smaller islands near Fisherman Key.

Smoking is not permitted in this house. Pets are also not allowed.
If this rental condition is violated, the owner reserves the right to cancel the rental without notice and without compensation.
In addition, a cleaning fee of at least 500 USD per pet will be charged. An additional cleaning fee of 500 USD will also be charged for smoking in the house.

If you provide incorrect information about the number of guests when making a booking, this breach of contract automatically leads to a cancellation of the booking without compensation and you must leave the house within one hour. In addition, a contractual penalty of 500 USD will be charged.
Cancellation policies:
Cancellations, No shows or early departures will be charged as follows:
On the date of reservation you agree to pay 30% of the invoiced amount which won´t be refundable.
From 60 days before arrival we will charge 50% of the invoiced amount.
Less than 31 days before arrival we will charge a 100% of the invoiced amount.

The final payment and the security deposit is due 30 days before the start of your rental period.
Once we´ve checked the house and there are no damages you will receive your security deposit back from us.
