The villa is situated in a sought-after location at a channel junction south-west of Cape Coral Parkways. There are several restaurants in vicinity which can easily be reached in a short walk or by bicycle. It is an ideal starting point for boat trips, and it is only a short distance to the harbour. A private jetty is on the premises. Excursions to Caloosahatchee-River, Pine Island and to the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island with their famous array of shells are the obvious thing to do. Fort Myers Beach with its large number of leisure attractions and trending beach bars and restaurants offer a nice change as well.

The villa offers all comforts satisfying the demanding holiday-maker and is surrounded by a beautiful palm garden.

Four bicycles, two fishing rods, deckchairs, a cool box, sun shades for the beach and much many other useful items are part of the facility.

The villa is completely furnished with crockery, bedclothes, towels, swimming towels, American fridge with ice maker, washing machine, etc.

There is a great barbecue grill on the terrace.

It goes without saying that there is high speed internet and local phone calls free of charge as well as HDTV with more than 150 TV channels.
