Cape Coral has over 400 miles (more than 600 km) of navigable canals – more than any other city in the world. This makes it a true paradise for boating, fishing, and all kinds of water sports.

Yes – our villas with Gulf access have a private dock that connects directly to Cape Coral's canal network. From there you can navigate all the way to the Gulf of Mexico. Boat rentals are also available locally.

The minimum rental period is one week. During the Christmas and New Year period, a minimum of two weeks applies. Additional days beyond a full week are charged at the weekly rate divided by seven.

At the time of booking, 30% of the total amount is due and non-refundable. From 60 days before arrival, 50% is charged. Less than 31 days before arrival, 100% of the invoice amount applies. The security deposit is returned after the property has been checked for damages.

All villas include bed linen, towels (bath, pool and beach), WiFi, local phone calls, HDTV with 150+ channels including German channels, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, bicycles, fishing rods, BBQ grill, and pool. Electricity is included. Florida taxes (6.5% + 5% tourist tax) are added to the rental price.

Villa La Favorita accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms (2 king-size beds and 1 room with 2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms. A cot is also available for infants. The villa offers 2,700 sq ft of living space.

Villa Bequia is a designer villa of nearly 4,900 sq ft situated directly on the Caloosahatchee River with a private dock and direct Gulf access. It features 4 bedrooms (double beds only), 4 bathrooms, a heated pool, spa/hot tub, and a rooftop terrace. The only sandy beach in Cape Coral is just a short walk away.

Villa La Favorita (3 bed, 6 guests) is ideal for smaller groups or families seeking a quiet, charming location near Cape Harbour. Villa Capricorn (4 bed, 8 guests) suits larger families or groups who want more space. Villa Bequia (4 bed, 8 guests) is the premium choice – a designer villa directly on the Caloosahatchee River with pool, spa, and the most spectacular views.

Key West is around 3 to 3.5 hours from Cape Coral. The drive along the Overseas Highway across the Florida Keys is itself one of the most scenic routes in the USA – plan extra time for stops along the way.

Yes – Cape Coral itself has five 18-hole golf courses. Many more are available in the surrounding area, as well as near Fort Myers and Naples. Tee times and sunshine are practically guaranteed.

Naples is approximately 40 miles (60 km) south of Cape Coral – about 45 minutes by car. It is one of the wealthiest cities in the USA, known for its beautiful white-sand beaches, upscale shopping, and excellent restaurants including the historic Tin City waterfront.

Cape Coral enjoys a warm, subtropical climate year-round. Summer months (May–October) reach around 33°C with brief afternoon showers. The coolest months (December–February) average a very pleasant 24°C. Snow is virtually unheard of.

Three outstanding national parks are within reach: the Big Cypress National Preserve for wildlife hiking, the Everglades National Park for airboat tours and alligator spotting, and Biscayne National Park with the world's third-largest coral reef – ideal for diving and snorkeling.

Orlando is approximately 2.5 hours from Cape Coral via Interstate 4. Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other major theme parks are all within easy day-trip distance. An overnight stay in Orlando is a comfortable alternative.

Cape Coral is one of the premier fishing destinations in Florida. The extensive canal system and direct Gulf access make it ideal for both inshore and offshore fishing. Popular catches include snook, tarpon, redfish, and grouper.

Miami is approximately 2 to 2.5 hours south of Cape Coral by car. It makes for an excellent day trip, but an overnight stay is even better – especially if you are flying home from Miami International Airport.

No, pets are not permitted in any of the villas. Violations of this policy will result in an additional cleaning fee of at least $500 USD and may lead to immediate cancellation of the rental without compensation.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all villas. A cleaning surcharge of $500 USD will be charged if this rule is not observed. We ask that smokers use the outdoor terrace or garden areas.

Villa La Favorita is located at a canal junction in the southwest of Cape Coral, just a short distance from Cape Harbour Marina. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance or a short bike ride. Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Fort Myers Beach, and Pine Island are all ideal day trips.

Dream Villas Cape Coral is a family-run business personally operated by Werner Lau since 2008. All three villas are privately owned and managed – not part of a large rental pool. Guests benefit from personal, direct contact with the owner for bookings, questions, and on-site tips.
